iScream Works Canton, MA

Coolidge Corner

• Replacement of over 250 windows
• Window openings were re-framed and flashed
• Interior and exterior trim was replaced and painted
• All street front work was performed off of boom lifts with public safety covered walk ways

Kenmore Square

• Complete interior demolition of 3 floors approximately 7,000 sf
• Demolition and removal of existing elevator shaft including penthouse
• Infill floors and roof of elevator shaft
• Prepped space for future fit out

Mass Ave

• Replacement of all exterior siding, trim, flashing and water proofing
• Replacement of all windows using Pella Pro series
• Replaced two glass storefronts with new standing seam metal roofs
• Interior fit up of 2 spaces
